How many years’ experience do you have, and tell us more about your professional experience?

With four years of experience as a Building and Design consultant, my journey began with servicing Greenfield sites and crafting home & land packages. Transitioning into the KDRB & Custom Design realm, I've gained exposure to many diverse projects. I firmly believe that one's professional growth is shaped by the company they keep. Consequently, I've made a conscious effort to surround myself with industry members who prioritize integrity and excellence in their work.

How would you describe your approach to working with potential / new families?

I approach the journey of building a new home with the utmost importance and priority it warrants. Understanding the significance and life-changing nature of this decision, I mirror that level of commitment when working with my clients. I find value in educating my Customer’s about every aspect and technical detail involved, which I find empowers them to make informed decisions about their future home, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.

If you could say you were an expert in a particular home building topic, what would it be and why?

While I wouldn't claim expertise in any particular field, as I believe one can never stop learning, I do have access to a network of highly talented professionals who can offer specialized assistance when needed. My primary strength lies in floorplan and design elements, coupled with a creative and open-minded approach to problem-solving. I've discovered that the floorplan often serves as the crucial element for owner-occupiers, making it immensely satisfying to ensure its perfection in the equation.

What is your biggest accomplishment to date and why?

The numerous instances of repeat business and client referrals stand as a significant accomplishment for me. It indicates that clients have had a positive experience throughout the entire process and are pleased with the final outcome. My focus extends beyond just acquiring clients; I prioritize ensuring their ultimate satisfaction. Witnessing clients return and refer their family to me is the primary indicator of a job well done. Additionally, receiving numerous positive online reviews mentioning my name further validates the impact I've made.

What do you believe makes you a great Building and Design Consultant?

I believe it starts with possessing the fundamentals which are a high level of building, design and compliance understanding. I, like many of my Fairmont colleagues, am striving to perform in my role as effectively as I can. This means more time, more availability and more care is taken with each client of who I'm working with. My focus is what sets me apart, and my clients can feel that unwavering commitment and mutual interest in their long-term success.
