We write to express our appreciation for the timely completion and delivery of a first class sales and information suite for the Gregory Hills residential development project.
We enjoyed working with Fairmont Homes and found that all of our needs were met. The structure is designed to facilitate a conversion into duplex residences on separate titles when use in its current form comes to an end.This resulted in a very complex office building and sales centre, which has now been completed to the high standard we currently benefit from. The Fairmont team were always on hand to offer assistance, suggestions and to accommodate the many changes to the design as they occurred.
The sales and information centre is an impressive building. It's a standout within the Gregory Hills environment. For a worry free and cost competitive building experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Fairmont Homes.

In particular, during construction, the variations which we suggested were accommodated very well & appreciate your flexibility. The finished product exhibits your total professional approach, and customer service.
Our family is completely in love with the end result, and we look forward to many years of living in our dream home. At this occasion, we would like to inform that there are number of celebrities from India have visited home & amazed to see what you have produced.
