How many years’ experience do you have, and tell us more about your professional experience?

I have accumulated four years of valuable experience in the residential building industry, having had the privilege of working with a couple of the country's largest project home builders. My passion however, lies in custom home designs and knock-down rebuilds, where I've been able to contribute my expertise and creativity to create unique and personalized homes. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.

How would you describe your approach to working with potential / new families?

My approach to working with families is rooted in understanding their unique needs and aspirations. It is important to have spaces that are not only functional but also tailored to accommodate the growing needs of having/starting a family. Whether it's child-friendly spaces, optimising layouts for family bonding, or considering future expansion possibilities, I prioritise collaboration and open communication to ensure that every family's vision becomes a reality.

If you could say you were an expert in a particular home building topic, what would it be and why?

If I could say I were an expert in a particular home building topic, I would confidently claim expertise in Modifying Existing Standard Floor Plans and sketching Concept Custom Designs. My proficiency in this area stems from hands-on experience in the residential building industry, where I've transformed standard floor plans into unique, customised living spaces. This knowledge and passion allows me to cater to the specific needs and desires of clients, ensuring that their dream homes become a reality while maximising functionality and aesthetics.

What is your biggest accomplishment to date and why? (Provide personal and professional)

Professional :

Every passing year in my career in the residential building industry is an ongoing professional accomplishment in itself. Each year, I have the privilege of accumulating more experience and expertise in the art of helping families bring their dream homes to life. I enjoy continuous growth and improvement in my profession. In this way, every year serves as a new chapter in my professional journey, marked by the growth of my expertise, the enrichment of my clients' lives, and the realisation of countless dreams within the walls of the homes I helped create.

Personal:

My most significant personal accomplishment to date has been overcoming heart surgery at the age of 19. Facing such a major health challenge at a young age was daunting, but it motivated me to approach life with a newfound appreciation and determination. This accomplishment serves as a constant reminder of my ability to overcome adversity and fuels my drive to make the most of every opportunity in life.
